Where MacAskill's Brook meets the Atlantic Ocean, it creates a Tidal Estuary.
A sandy beach borders the Estuary along the shoreline for 1.5 kilometres.
I took this image on the road that leads to the beach parking area.
The grasses in the foreground obscure the treasure of the Estuary beyond, but if you look closely...
