To the East of the town of Glace Bay lies Port Caledonia, a once busy annex to Glace Bay Harbour.
Big Glace Bay beach graces the majority of this tidal estuary where once sailing ships loaded
and unloaded goods. Coal from the nearby mines was the primary cargo.
A long exposure and some stars gave this image its magic.
